Final causes in Plato’s and Aristotle’s cosmology

The project focuses on the role of final causes in Plato’s and Aristotle’s cosmology. My interest is, on the one hand, to determine the common features and differences on the concept of final cause of both philosophers in their philosophy of nature. On the other hand, I discuss Aristotle’s criticism of final causes as presented in the Timaeus.
